Refund policy
Returns
We work hard to grow and ship beautiful, healthy plants every time, but things do happen. If you have any issues with your order when it arrives, please contact us immediately at service@brushwoodnursery.com so we can resolve them with you. If your plants are damaged we will work with you to ship replacements or refund your payment depending on the conditions, timing, and availability.
If you no longer want your plants when they arrive, they may be returned. If they are returned in acceptable condition, the cost of the plants will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Please keep all of the original packaging material to help you get them back to us safely.
Refunds, if applicable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
