Passiflora incarnata
Passiflora Incarnata is offered in a full gallon size with free shipping! Native to the eastern United States, Incarnata yields a plethora of flowers all summer and edible oval fruits through October. Its flowers have pale lavender sepals and are adorned with squiggly pinkish/purple filaments. Eat the fruit off the vine or use it to make delicious jam or pies! Grows well on well-drained, poor soil. Our selection is especially hardy since it's from Michigan. The foliage of this selection is also thick and glossy; looking great all summer! Will attract a large variety of pollinators including bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Passiflora incarnata is also known as Maypop. Please note: fall planting in the northern part of this plant's range is not recommended.
